Jewelry manufacturing is one particular environment which requires daylight type lighting that evenly and brightly illuminates a broad workbench area. In this space, the accepted standard for artificial lighting color is a blue-white northern daylight 6500K CCT with accurate color rendering.”
Recently, Dazor’s Lumilus LED broad area bench lights were installed in the brand new, state-of-the-art Jewelry Manufacturing Arts Graduate Jeweler Classroom at GIA's headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. Mark B. Mann, GIA’s director of Global Jewelry Manufacturing Arts, commented on the recent grand opening and performance of the Lumilus LED bench lights: “Everything worked perfectly in the new installation. We are thrilled with the classroom and of course, the lighting. They are spectacular and have worked very well for us. We will be retrofitting our other two classrooms (21 benches each) with this new model throughout next year.”

The Lumilus LED task light has a smooth on/off dimming control and is available on a variety of Dazor’s floating or gooseneck-style arms, can be mounted to horizontal, sloped or vertical surfaces, a rolling or pedestal floor stand, or onto virtually any end-user equipment. Lumilus is UL / cUL listed and CE marked. It is manufactured in St. Louis.
