All returns require a return authorization number before returning product to Dazor. Please obtain the return authorization number from Dazor’s Customer Service. They can be reached at 1-800-345-9103 during the hours of: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm CST
Requests to return products must be made within 30 calendar days from the receipt of shipment.
Returned products must be new, in unopened, original packaging and currently listed in Dazor’s catalog.
- All non-stocking items
- Special, modified, or made-to-order items
- Obsolete models and/or colors
- Item with damage caused by accident, misuse, or repairs not made by Dazor or an authorized service provider
- Parts, bulbs and accessories
Dazor reserves the right to deny any return.
